Bumps appear on x-ray examination at the end of a bone called the ” spur ” or ” calcification ” . Commonly affected joints are the joint weight-bearing function , namely the knee and ankle . There are two causes of osteoarthritis are primary and secondary .
Primary osteoarthritis have no known cause with certainty, the most likely factor is heredity and age . While secondary osteoarthritis caused by a knee injury that occurred in the past, such as a knee injury while playing football , basketball , or because of excessive weight-bearing joints such as in people with excessive weight . As a result, the stability of the knee joint will be disrupted thus causing osteoarthritis .
What is the result if the knee pain is not dealt with properly?
