  2. Do not forget calcium: If you do not get enough calcium from food, the body will take it from the joints of the hands, feet and other long bones. Lack of calcium intake for a prolonged period will cause the body to take it directly from the solid bones. This results in bone loss and brittle. For the best move, do not forget to eat foods that contain a lot of calcium. Not only in milk, but calcium is also found in broccoli, fish, cereals, citrus, and other green vegetables. In addition, limit your consumption of soda and alcoholic beverages.
  3. Exercise. Not just to keep food and beverages consumed. To obtain strong bones, you also have to keep in shape with active exercise. Make sure you exercise for 30 minutes a day. Sports options such as yoga, walking, or other forms of strength training.
