Common Causes Of Shoulder Pain:
1. Rotator Cuff Injury
This is a common injury of the shoulder joint complex. Because of the dependence on the shoulders of a person for a variety of activities, these injuries occur which can be very frustrating at times.
2. Frozen Shoulder
Frozen Shoulder is also known as adhesive capsulitis in medical terms, it is a condition that limits movement of the shoulder joint. Although the cause of adhesive capsulitis is not yet understood, it is still often occur without a known reason. This type of injury causes the capsule surrounding the shoulder to shoulder scar tissue and form a contract.
3. Shoulder Instability
This problem occurs when the structures around the shoulder joint is not functioning properly to keep the ball in the glenohumeral socket. If the joints loose then it may slide out of place naturally, a condition often referred to as glenohumeral subluxation. On the other hand, when the joint is out of place completely normal is called a dislocation. Patients who face this type of problem often complain of uncomfortable sensations in the body
4. Labral Tear
Just like the hip, the shoulder joint is a ball and socket are also common. However, these sockets are very shallow part of the body, as a result of the unstable. This means that the bones in the body are not held properly in place, so we need extra support.
5. Arthritis
The most common type of arthritis known as osteoarthritis of the shoulder. It is also known as arthritis wear-and-tear and is characterized by a gradual wearing themselves out of joint cartilage.
