Causes of Shoulder Tendonitis

Shoulder is a complex arrangement of bones, ligaments, muscles and tendons of the rotator cuff. Each of these elements plays a crucial role in maintaining the strength and stability of your shoulder. Shoulder rotator cuff tendons keeping stable.
